We think we deserve to be cursed because we don’t do what we should and, instead, do what we shouldn’t. However, God looks upon us from a high place and sees the same image. When He looks down, He sees the cross over our lives. Therefore He’s seeing us in light of the Cross and through the blood of Jesus. Even our great enemy has learned the lesson taught by Balaam, try as he might to put a curse on you, he now realizes that the curse can never get on top of the Cross! You must remember that you are not under the curse, you are under the Cross!
